Returns

1. No returns of the products can be made without the pre-approval or written consent from SBO representative.

2. SBO will not pay for shipping charges incurred for return of product except for the following conditions:

    a. Frieght damage of product

    b. SBO written acceptance to pay all shipping charges

3. Credit for return of product: Credit given to the account. For ship charges credit: Only be given if in writing from SBO.

4. No re-stocking fee

Damaged Goods

All damaged goods will be dealt according to warranty.

State Sales Tax

You will only be required to pay a state sales tax if you are in Hawaii.
